These Terms of Service govern your access and use of our digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media advertising, content creation, and related consulting services (collectively, the "Services").
By engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
We provide digital marketing solutions tailored to your business needs. The scope of Services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. Any additional services requested beyond the initial scope may incur additional fees.Headline
2. Client Obligations
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the Services.
Cooperate with us in a timely manner, including providing access to relevant accounts and platforms.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our Services.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees for our Services will be specified in the agreement or proposal. Payment terms are as follows:
Payment Schedule: Between 1000$ - 5000$ Monthly in advance depending on the Contract.
Late Payments: Late payments may results in Breaking any Agreements in the Contract as well as shutting down any projects in the proccess.
Refunds: Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in Section 6 below.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the engagement.
This obligation survives the termination of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials created by us in the course of providing the Services, including but not limited to ad creatives, copy, and strategy documents, shall remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your business purposes.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel the Services by providing a written notice before 14 days of the initial cancelation date.
Refunds for prepaid Services will be prorated based on the unused portion of the Services, subject to a cancellation fee of 15% to cover administrative costs.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Services in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States Jurisdiction , without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
